Ceramics 1 & 2 with Dianne Peach provides, for both beginners and those pursuing further skills, a thorough understanding of the main methods of making including wheel-throwing, hand-building, and slip-casting. Students will have access to a variety of clays, tools, glazes, and firing options. Developing sound technical and presentation skills will be encouraged in support of the development of a personal style. Teaching methods will include demonstration, discussion, the use of printed material and online resources.

NB. Enrolment in this class will be unavailable four weeks after the commencement date or if the class is full.
The annual program of Semester 1 classes is online in November and Semester 2 classes are online in June.
