Beginning the Acrylic Journey with Lizzie Connor - If you are thinking about taking the plunge into acrylic painting this workshop will be about learning the properties of acrylic paint, plus the add-ons that can be included in the acrylic i.e. texture mediums, glazing medium, masking fluid and layering. This workshop will be developing existing or discovering new skills within the use of acrylic paint.  There are many add-on mediums these days to make acrylic a very versatile and flexible medium to work with, without the smell and slow drying time of oils. We will work on two works in acrylic over four days and explore the different ways to use acrylic including glazing/layers, and some work with texture mediums.
