Fabric Design and Printing

Fabric Design and Printing with Nancy Brown - This course covers a range of hands-on techniques to create pattern and design on a variety of materials. Screen printing, block printing, the use of fibre reactive and natural and ‘Eco’ dyes and other techniques will be explored during this course. The course offers a range of techniques to create pattern on fibre and materials (eg. cotton material, canvas, t-shirts, jeans, etc. - even book covers, wooden panels, almost anything flat and smooth) and is suitable for those with some experience in textile arts as well as beginners.
