The Fun of Soft Pastels

The Fun of Soft Pastels with Lizzie Connor - Pastel is a truly delightful medium to work with – it Is flexible, colourful, a little messy and dusty (some people like to use a mask if they are sensitive to the dust) using coloured pastel papers which form part of our overall colour scheme this workshop will be looking into and understanding just what soft pastels are, and how they are made and used, what tools we can use with them for texture,  and how the pastel paper is an important part of the process and end result.  We will also look at creating our own lightly textured sheet of pastel paper and working on that.
