Experimental Landscape Painting 2 with Clare Purser - This course is for anyone who’s already completed Experimental Landscape Painting 1. We’ll explore new ways to respond to the landscape—through memory, emotion, and experimentation. You’ll be encouraged to build a series, work across multiple surfaces, and let one painting feed into the next. There’ll be demos, group chats, and plenty of space to explore your own ideas. We will be painting from source material like photographs and sketches but also from memory and imagination—not just what you see, but what you feel. We will experiment using collage, mixed media and layering techniques to build depth and meaning.
