This weekend throwing intensive is designed to refine your existing wheel-throwing skills and help you overcome common challenges or ‘bad habits.’ It offers a fantastic opportunity for participants to expand their technical expertise and explore a broader range of techniques. Students will experiment with various clay shapes and surface techniques, including textures with slips, all while working directly on the wheel. Participants will be encouraged to push their personal boundaries, developing advanced forms and techniques. While the workshop focuses on up-skilling and exploring more complex methods, beginners are warmly welcomed to join. At the end of the workshop, your favourite pieces will be bisque-fired, adding the final touch to a rewarding creative experience.
