Throwing Big with Kirstin Farr will equip artists with skills essential for creating larger pieces on the wheel. The course will encompass the art of spiral wedging, as well as an exploration of various tips and tricks employed in throwing up to 10 kg of clay. The course will inspire confidence for participants seeking to become more ambitious with larger sculptural and functional ceramics. Students will need to have basic wheel throwing experience. Your favourite pieces throughout the workshop will be bisque fired.
