Description

Developed from Glen Skien's own studio practice the Deconstruction Drawing Method engages the use of a variety of mediums including charcoal, graphite, pen and ink, and collage. This method requires participants to embrace the discipline of objective drawing methods as well as more experimentally based responses. In practice the Deconstruction Drawing Method allows for a fluid mix of disciplined and open-ended approaches to drawing that connects with each participant’s personal enquiry and exploration of their chosen subject matter.
