This workshop with Dennis Magee, explores the art of paper making using a traditional mould and decal participants will: Create paper pulps from recycled paper, explore making paper from rags and cotton linter, explore making personal water mark, mix paper fibres with natural materials, layer, laminate and join sheets papers, form large sheets, size and coat papers and explore slumping paper sheets to create ‘bowls’ and other 3D objects. As a bonus you will receive a design for a simple paper and book binders press and be shown how to create your own mould and decal.
