Be creative with the precious metal in your scrap box and reimagine it into new and exciting jewellery in this nine-week course with Catherine Large. Students will be encouraged to play with their pieces of scrap metal, designing and planning new work. Techniques demonstrated include soldering, riveting, fusing, and reticulation. The course also introduces casting silver ingots from scrap so you can make your own sheet and wire. Suitable for people with some existing jewellery-making skills.
