This course with Gabe Parker, is aimed at students of all experience levels wishing to learn traditional techniques required to create metal sculpture. We will cover plasma cutting, MIG and Oxy welding as well as the use of hand tools and surface finishes. Other media may also be incorporated. Using these skills, the student will arrive at a sculpture they can call their own as a personal creation. This is a hands-on class and is conducted in a workshop environment where we observe current workplace health and safety practices.
