Mixed Media and the Landscape

Mixed Media and the Landscape with Clare Purser - This course will focus on combining painting and mixed media to construct a landscape.  We will explore how paintings can be layered by using painting, drawing, experimental mark making, collage and glazing. We will explore a range of exercises to loosen up, followed by longer studies on a variety of collaged surfaces. By the end of this course, you will be confident to experiment with different paint methods and learn how different surfaces can inspire you to try different approaches.
